This is a warning to be issued to the following usual suspects.
They have not cleared their lead mailbox. Again.

This list will be updated from time to time. As you may noticed, the list is getting shorter BUT I do not even want the list at all.

Please kindly replay the message to them!

Late Submission of Homework

Dear Boys,
From today onwards, a word "late" will be written on the top right-hand corner of your assignments when you hand them in three days late. For example, if the assignment is given on Monday, you are expected to hand in latest by Wednesday. If you hand in on Thursday, it will be considered late. It will also be reflected in my tracking record.

My advice is to finish the work by that day and put in my pigeon hole right after that. Do not accumulate your assignments. Do not copy from your friends because you stand to lose big time in the end. That is why three days is given to allow you to think the questions more thoroughly and to seek any assistance.

I hope this move will demonstrate the importance of promptness which is much required when you are working. It is never too early to cultivate good habits.

This move will also show which boys always hand in their work on time and those who don't.
Your cooperation is required and do not take this as a chore. When you get the good grades, they will serve you very well. The first step is to be able to hand in your work. And on time, of course.

Yours sincerely,
Mr Fong
